We will refund the purchase price of undamaged returned REGULAR ORDERS and CUSTOM ORDERS received within 30 days of receipt. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, we recommend insuring it for the return trip. No refunds will be made on shipping & handling charges. Any log siding to be returned must be a full bundle with the original bands unbroken. Please call for a Return Authorization Number (RAN) before shipping returns. No refund will be made on returns without a RAN. Please use our PRINTABLE RETURN FORM.

NO refund will be made on SPECIAL ORDERS, SAMPLES, SHAVINGS or IRREGULARS.

A REGULAR ORDER is a regular quantity of a product we ordinarily sell.
A CUSTOM ORDER is a custom quantity of a product we ordinarily sell.
A SPECIAL ORDER is a product made to special specifications, a product we do not ordinarily sell, over 500 square feet of cedar lining, over 1000 linear feet of log siding, over 50 logs, or an extra-ordinary quantity of a product we ordinarily sell.
